Hello my lovelies. I don’t know about you, but I can firmly say thank the moon and stars that it’s Friday. It’s kind of amusing that today is Friday because I didn’t even realize it. On Tuesday, I had a “omg it’s only Tuesday?!?!” moment. Ever since then, I’ve been very confused as to what day of the week it really is. When my boss messaged me this morning and reminded me, I was like wait, what? Then, yeeeaaaaaaaasss!
This morning, I was reading a blog post by an amazing woman who goes by the Peloton Leaderboard name IronKay. In the post, she’s discussing things she learned during her 100 day streak using her Peloton. Though it’s specifically about riding a Peloton, I think her points actually tie in to all different aspects of fitness. Just take out the spin lingo and apply it to other avenues. For example, number one states very simply that there is a class for every occasion. Isn’t this so true? Every time you workout, it doesn’t have to be a marathon effort.
